A conversation
You tell us the date you have in mind, who is coming, and what has to feel right. If the date is still loose, say so.

A written plan
We send the scope before any vendor is booked: what we will handle, what stays with you, and how the work is staged.

We keep the timeline, the vendors, and the loose ends. You stay with your people.

A few things people ask first.

Are you a venue?

No. Pearl and Pine Events plans and runs celebrations. The day is held at a place you choose, or one we help you find.

Where do you work?

Tell us the city and the date in your note. If we can take the event, the proposal says so. We do not publish a street address, because the celebration is not held at an office.

Do you publish package prices?

Not before we know the day. Guest count, how much is already decided, and how much of the work you want us to hold all change the scope. You get a written plan before you commit.
